Stacey Andrews, marketing director of New South Restaurant Group and Different Drummer Publishing, became part of the Purple Parrot family in 1998. As marketing director, Stacey handles the public relations, advertising and marketing of promotions and events at Purple Parrot Café, Crescent City Grill and Mahogany Bar.
